Kaleo Construction has been awarded a contract to renovate the existing male restroom and construct a new female restroom at Hangar 3232, Fort Belvoir, VA.
The General Services Administration recently awarded Kaleo Construction a project involving significant mechanical and lighting upgrades at the Nuclear Regulatory Commission’s Headquarters located in Rockville, MD. The mechanical upgrades included three (3) kitchen exhaust units in their food service areas and their fire suppression systems, a new hood wash system, replacement of the energy management system that will be compatible with the building’s HVAC units, replacement of two 10-Ton heat pumps in the Nu-Reg cafeteria and replacement of existing exterior lighting with LED lighting.
The Guard Booth at the Radford Army Ammunitions plant in Radford, Virginia was recently renovated by Kaleo Construction to better serve the security needs of the onsite facility. Kaleo was responsible for overseeing the demolition and construction of an updated facility which included all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, roofing/siding, doors/windows, exterior and interior finishes.
